Dr Constantine is very nice and supportive. She is my daughters' provider since they were born, and now she is seen me and my husband too. We are always happy to meet with her.

A few days ago, I met Dr Prongay for the first time and was impressed! He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and most importantly he took time to listen to my medical concerns and provided appropriate treatment plans. I strongly recommend this office and Dr Prongay @ Swedish! Inaddition, all staffs were very efficient and friendly that my visit made me so happy that day! Thank you!

One of my favorite things about going to this particular clinic is that I never have to wait long for my appointment to start like I did at the clinic I used to go to. For me, they always seem to be right on time to start the appointment. I see Dr Fox and he's significantly better than the doctor I used to see. He is always helpful and constructive in his advice.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. As a Medicaid patient, I can’t help but wonder if that played a role in the level of care I received—because it certainly felt subpar. I came in for a routine checkup, and while the doctor was polite and personable, the actual evaluation raised serious concerns. I was told that several of my numbers were “elevated,” which didn’t make sense given my lifestyle. I follow a strict workout routine, maintain consistent habits, and have years of medical records from my previous provider showing normal results. To double-check, I even went to a local pharmacy afterward, and those readings were completely different from what I was told here. That kind of inconsistency is not just frustrating—it’s concerning. Patients rely on accurate information to make decisions about their health, and this experience left me questioning the reliability of their assessments. Overall, I left feeling unheard and unsure about the quality of care I received. I expected better.

We have now been to 5 appointments at the Renton location for pediatrics with Dr. Casciato for my toddler son and each appointment has been a breeze. I moved from out of state and first called to set up everything over the phone prior to our move. The person who helped me was kind, patient, and understanding given the computer challenges we were both having at the time of set up. Each interaction I have had has been pleasant, from front desk, to nurses and medical assistants, to Dr. Casciato herself. I was nervous as a first time mom, moving from out of state, and I wanted to find the right fit for our family. I’m glad I chose Swedish, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and I feel like I have support if I ever need it.
